NFT marketplace for gaming industry
Company description
Big gaming company from Poland.
Project description
The client is a gaming marketplace and wanted to launch an NFT marketplace. As this space has only been around for a few months, it’s hard to find experts in that field. In many cases, it is an R&D field to which great care is required. If you have a Web2.0 product and you enter Web3.0 space, it is important to ask your audience what they think about it. Not everyone likes crypto and all the pros (innovative) and cons (trust issue to the speculative business model) must be considered.
Our client was aware that the emerging Play To Earn movement is a real game-changer, so they couldn’t miss the opportunity to join this trend.
What we proposed to the client – our approach & methodology
We proposed a 2-day workshop to analyze the client’s flow, their current ideas, and to come up with new concepts – we were looking for a technological edge which could become a USP for this specific marketplace (and we think we’ve found it!).
We started with one idea and ended up with a completely new one (which was quite an interesting result). We had 2 strong teams – A gaming team on the client’s side and a technological team (Web3 fans) on our side. Together, we were able to create interesting tokenomics and come up with new ideas.
Finally, we helped the client prepare White Paper and also confirmed some technical assumptions.
Communication
We had 2 workshops (2 days each over 4 hours) and some extra calls to make sure that we were on the same page.
Everything took place remotely due to COVID, but we also had plans to meet in person (which is always a bit more effective).
