In Finland, employees are entitled to a partial refund from their employer for various activities such as lunch, sport, etc. The platform allows companies and employees to manage those benefits.
The product aims to make payments, co-funded by employers, as simple as possible. The rules allow for some flexibility and it’s all done under the hood when payments are done through the app and the user is only presented with how the price was split between them and their employer.
