Cryptocurrency wallet
Company description
Sendit.Money – A startup from the UK with social financing. The application is a cryptocurrency wallet.
Project description
It is an application dedicated to the Nigerian market. The main business goal is providing equal access to virtual funds for countries with limited access to technology.
Leocode was responsible for delivering the mobile application to the client.
What we proposed to the client – our approach & methodology
At the beginning, we offered the client a team based on the assumptions of WISE. From the beginning, the client planned to develop the team on his side. Ultimately, once the customer succeeded, we switched to a Team Extension-based collaboration model.
Communication
The client did not reach our office even though he had planned to (the application implemented during the pandemic and restrictions on traveling to and from the UK restricted them). The client provided their own design. We also received business assumptions at the beginning of the project.
We worked with the client on our terms in a mixed team. We were in constant contact via slack and during weekly meetings. Some members of the client’s team were from LA so their time zone didn’t allow us to have daily communication regularly.
