Project description

The project required quite strong DevOps skills and blockchain knowledge. 

The challenge was to set up nodes in Google Cloud and their monitoring for the client

What we proposed to the client – our approach & methodology

We found a skilled DevOps engineer who was able to help with this work. We agreed on the project scope and started working on it.

Communication

We had bi-weekly calls in which the scope was clearly defined. The project switched to the Avalanche network, and we prepared Avalanche nodes on GCP using the Terraform and Ansible scripts.

We consulted with the client regularly as it was quite challenging to combine Avalanche with GCP – there wasn’t much information and documentation was quite poor. We faced a few technical challenges in terms of communication, as reaching the Avalanche team wasn’t easy.
