Our interests remain firmly rooted in JavaScript, as well as Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI. We are now looking to grow our team by welcoming an IT 360° Recruiter on board!
Office location: Katowice – hybrid work.
Projects Overview: We work for both international and Polish clients. We are proud of more than 100 successfully completed projects and try our best to reach the most demanding customers from the technical point of view.
What will you be dealing with?
- Actively attracting new clients and promoting body leasing services.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including gathering client requirements, sourcing and selecting candidates, negotiating terms, and finalising agreements.
- Building and managing a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships based on trust, and analyzing their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Overseeing HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and feedback collection.
- Creating and optimizing recruitment workflows – your ideas and innovations will make a difference!
- Handling employment documentation in collaboration with the administrative team.
What we expect?
- Proven experience in IT sales and recruitment – you understand the market and know how to navigate it effectively.
- Established network in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
- Interest in technology with a strong desire to learn and enhance your skills.
- Independence, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent self-organization skills – we trust you to manage your work without micromanagement.
This will be an added advantage:
- Experience in IT recruitment for clients in FinTech, Web3, Blockchain, or AI sectors.
- Familiarity with no-code and low-code tools
