Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join LEOCODE as Project Portfolio Manager in order to build their team and personally direct new digital projects.

PPM’s main responsibilities:

  • teamwork organisation,
  • customer care and management: discussing the scope of work, contract content, offering, negotiating rates and team members,
  • project management (min. 3 projects),
  • team management: evaluations, development, training, integration, care,
  • building the team’s skills and efficiency based culture,
  • creating the team’s knowledge cloud – blog posts, webinars, publications,
  • closing the sales process, constructing project teams for new clients,
  • forecasting financial results of managed projects,
  • actions aimed at integrating and developing hard and soft competencies of the team.

Basic Requirements

  • 3 years as a project manager at minimum, an analyst, tester, operations or UX role as previous experience,
  • knowledge of IT industry and market,
  • experience in selling IT projects and running IT teams,
  • fluent English in speech and writing.

Other (soft skills):

  • business analytics, great communication skills, reliability, high ownership, commitment,
  • good work organisation, ability to mitigate conflicts, decision-making skills, assertiveness, ability to work under the pressure of time, readiness for delegation trips (up to 20% of working hours),
  • empathy, ability and willingness to work with people, patience, honesty, pro-people attitude.
