React.js Developer

Project Description

Project for entertainment industry. Development team are implementing two main goals:

  • System maintenance, fixes and small functionalities
  • Refactoring/accelerating the project

They want to extend the back-end refactoring with front-end refactoring. It will partially rewrite existing views on React but also clean SCSS styles and Java Script scripts in the Ruby on Rails application.

Basic Requirements

  • +/- 4 years of commercial experience
  • JavaScript + React.js
  • Knowledge of Frontend architecture in Ruby on Rails application
  • SASS
  • High communication skills
  • Ability to organise your work using Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack
  • Fluency both in written and spoken English
  • Ability to efficiently cooperate with others
  • Ambitious problem solver

Nice to have

  • knowledge of Server Side Rendering in React
  • knowledge of application optimization
  • Git
  • RSpec
